Please eat an ample, well-rounded breakfast and lunch before you arrive and arrive wearing your concert black. 1:15pm – Meet at BEHS, Pack/Load Van and Bus, Use Restroom, etc. PACKING LIST: You, Instrument, Music/Folder, Mutes, Crickets, Wear Concert Black, Homework, Bring a sack dinner if you plan on staying later, Bring some snacks and water along 2:00pm – Bus Departs Bellevue East High School for Holland Performing Arts Center Bellevue East High School 1401 High School Dr. Bellevue, NE 68005 (Travel Time: ~11miles, ~25mins) 2:25pm – Arrive at Holland Performing Arts Center, Unload (unload equipment, receive stamp, move to homeroom area, watch a couple of ensembles) (return to homeroom following Bellevue West Wind Symphony) Holland Performing Arts Center 1200 Douglas St. Omaha, NE 68102 3:45pm – Warm Up in Scott Recital Hall 4:10pm – Move to Stage 4:20pm – BEHS WIND ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCE 5:25pm – Load Equipment into Van [PARENTS ARE WELCOME TO TAKE STUDENTS WITH THEM AT ANY TIME AFTER THIS POINT.
