East vs. West Football Game Itinerary - Friday, Sept. 2nd

On Friday, September 2nd, students will be released from 7th Hour at 2:30pm to load the buses and transport to Bellevue West at 2:45pm. There will be a combined pre-game rehearsal with the East and West bands along with 8th Grade students, followed by dinner provided by the East/West Band Boosters, then a pregame performance. Both Bellevue East and Bellevue West will perform a portion of their show at halftime.

Don't miss this event! There will be almost 600 Bellevue Public Schools students on the field to perform the Star Spangled Banner and both School Songs!

SCHEDULE: LOAD TRUCKS AFTER 1st HOUR

2:30pm – Dismiss from 7th Hour, Load Instruments, Uniforms, and Shakos onto Bus

2:45pm – Buses Depart Bellevue East High School for Bellevue West High School 3:00pm - Unload and Move into Stadium, Take Uniforms and Cases to Changing Area ~3:30pm – Pregame Practice with Bellevue West Band & 8th Graders 5:00pm – Dinner with Bellevue West Band & 8th Graders (provided by boosters) 6:20pm – Be in Full Uniform, Lined Up in Back Parking Lot 6:40pm – Pregame 7:00pm – Kick-off HALFTIME – Perform Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 AFTER HALFTIME – Load Trucks AFTER GAME – Undress, Load Buses, Return to Bellevue East, Hang Up and Return Uniforms, Put Instruments Away, Dismiss
