2:30pm – Load, Eat Snack, Dress in Uniform 3:30pm – Buses Depart Bellevue East High School for Millard South High School Buell Stadium / Millard South High School 14905 Q St. Omaha, NE 68137 (Travel Time: 40min, 19miles)

~4:30pm – Buses Arrive at Millard South, Unload/Dress, Move Percussion to Warmup 5:40pm – Percussion in Warmup 6:00pm – Band moves to Warmup 6:10pm-6:40 - Band, On-Field Warmup Field 6:50pm – On Deck 7:00pm - BELLEVUE EAST PERFORMANCE Afterwards Undress, Eat Dinner, Load 8:15pm – Awards
