Tips for getting acclimated for band camp:

• Start getting up earlier in the morning

• Start eating a healthy, balanced breakfast

• Drink more water and lay off caffeinated drinks

• Spend some time outdoors in the sun

• Purchase a large water cooler and some sun screen
